Air France has a new communications agency since 2020. The previous communications agency BETC is giving its long-standing customer, the French airline Air France, a video as a farewell gift, along with video highlights of their successful "relationship".

BETC is a French advertising agency founded in Paris in 1995. The name of the company stands for Babinet, Erra and Tong Cuong, the founding members.
